LCD screen: Display charging state
Left button(torch light): Press the button, torch LED light at the bottom will light up.
When keep holding the press for 3 seconds, LED light will lighting
until you press the button again.
Right button(charging switch): Press the button, LCD background blue light will display rest
battery capacity. Open the box, screw e-cigarette battery and keep
holding the button for 3 seconds, PCC will charge for e-cigarette
and the LCD background light will turn red from blue until
e-cigarette battery is full.
